How To Increase Your Energy & Raise Your Vibrational Frequency

Smile.

Smile and hold it for 10 seconds. Hold it and just see how you feel after. Notice your energy before and after you do this.

10 seconds. That's it. Feel your energy shift. Now try it for a second. Try that. Do that. Your brain doesn't know the difference between an outside event that makes you smile, makes you laugh, makes you feel joyful, and you're just creating that experience in and of itself.

Regardless of what happens, your brain actually creates the chemicals that allow you to feel that something really amazing in your life happened. Even if all you did was smile for 10 seconds. The goal here, to attract what you want, to raise your frequency in life, is to be able to grow your vibrational frequency.

The law of attraction is a secondary law to the law of vibration.

The law of vibration says, every single thing has an energy frequency. You have an energy frequency at all times. You're energy frequency, whether it's operating on abundance, love, happiness, success, joy, freedom, high vibe or low vibe, whatever it's on; that's what we bring into our life.

The people, the circumstances, the situations, the paychecks, the synchronicities, all the career opportunities, the friendships we bring in alignment with what we have been feeling and operating from.

Smile because smiling is the quickest way in the entire world in order to raise your frequency.

They've done so many studies. Psychiatrists had been so many studies. Psychologists has done so many studies where they've had people that work. Supposedly I'm facing depression, severe anxiety and all they had them do was stand in front of the mirror and smile at themselves.

Smile because your body chemistry response.

The first step is to create your own joy rather than waiting for a situation outside of you to make you smile.

We're moving so quick and fast throughout the day that we never breathe. A lot of times people are never actually even aware of their breath. Thankfully you have an unconscious nervous system that breathes for you. If not, most people would probably pass out and fall on the ground because they would forget to breathe.

They're so busy and they're so caught up in their mind that they aren't aware that the breath is the singular most valuable way to reset your nervous system, to clear your mind and to get you back into a higher energy state.

There's tons of science behind that. Obvious reasons are that your brain, your body, everything is functioning off the level of oxygen that you have. When you're very, very, very, very, very low on oxygen, feel light headed and you feel low on energy, you can feel very negative. You can just feel an unmotivated, uninspired.

What's the is way to get more oxygen? It's allowing yourself to clear your thoughts and reconnect with your true self.

So, do a couple of deep breaths in. Breathe in for four seconds, and when you get to the top, hold it for a second and allow yourself to feel your energy.

I want you to do this while you smile, so you're going to breathe in one, two, three, four. Breathing in, holding it, and while you're holding it, just smile. Feel your energy and exhale for four: four, three, two, one. Inhale, one, two, three, four. Hold it.

Those are just quick things you can do right before you go into a meeting, your nervous about a date, you're nervous about just before you go into a sales call, just before you go out for your day and you don't feel motivated. Quickly, breathe in, hold it, feel your energy. Breathe out and allow your central nervous system to relax.

Look around right now or look within yourself and find three things you're grateful for. I'm going to name three at this very moment.

#1. I am so grateful every single day and cannot believe that there's as many people on my YouTube channel, as of right now. I think there's approximately 175,000 people. That pretty much all happened since July of 2017. Pretty much in the last seven or eight months.

I'm so grateful for everyone that watches every single video.

To the people that comment, I'm so grateful that you come in every single day. It makes my day and makes my life. I'm literally so grateful that I've been able to build this community and this movement of positivity with you.

#2. I am so grateful that I have consciousness so that I can actually make my own conscious decisions in life, to create the life I want, to create a feel good life, to make steps towards things that excite me and to realize myself as a co-creator with God, with the universe. It's beautiful. It's amazing.

#3. I am very, very, very grateful that I've been blessed with amazing health, that I feel well, that I feel energized, that my organs are all functioning on their own.
