Pineal Gland Meditation Is So Effective


Pineal gland meditation can powerfully attract what you want to manifest and effectively show results fast. In today's meditation, we are going to actually do a guided meditation to help activate your pineal gland. Also known as your third eye, a couple of quick warnings: don't do this while moving, and if you have seizures, you might want to skip this one because some people will see a lot of light, energy, and colors, as well as possibly having visions.

If this really speaks to you, make sure you listen to this for the next 21 days to get the maximum benefits from it, so let's dive right into this. I invite you to just kind of find that comfortable position, maybe your back straight, whatever feels nice and relaxed, and as you take a deep breath in and out, bring your finger over to the point between your eyebrows, also known as your third eye, and maybe you could just kind of tap it a few times, just tap, and as you tap it, you may notice that the light starts to really increase right between that point as you tap it more and more in a nice steady rhythm. Can I Feel The Energy?

Then you breathe in and out, you see that light expanding and expanding, and you can just take your exhale and allow your arm to totally relax. Maybe breathe in for five seconds—five, four, three, two—and hold your breath at the top of your inhale for five, four, three, two—and then we'll exhale. As you bring your attention to that point between your eyebrows, I want you to imagine that your pineal gland, which is in the brain stem, can get calcified the same way that a faucet can.

Now, Dr. Joe Dispenza cites various images of the pineal gland that can become crystallized or calcified, and I want you to imagine that point right between your eyes with a perfect crystalline structure; maybe it looks like a diamond, and I want you to imagine that point right between your brows right there, and as you inhale, you can bring your hand back up to that point, and I want you to imagine that perfect crystalline structure, that diamond, whether it is a Now that you have that in your mind, ask yourself a simple question: Can I feel the energy in my hand? Is there life in my hand?

See If You Can Put An Image To It

It’s not a yes-or-no question. Just see if you can bring your attention to your hand and feel the energy vibrating. Learn pineal gland meditation  for life changing results. If you can feel the energy vibrating, see if you can put an image to it, like a little ball of energy, and then maybe go to your right hand. Can you feel the energy in your other hand? Can you feel the life in your hand breathing in and breathing out? As you feel the energy, do you feel more peace? Maybe it makes you curl your lips up into a slight smile.

Maybe it just makes you feel like you're letting go, and you notice that as you smile, your body relaxes more. It tells your nervous system to let go. Can you feel the energy in your third eye when you smile just a little? I want you to bring your attention to your third eye. Same exercise. Can you feel the life-force energy? The energy in your third eye Breathing in, breathing out—with each inhalation, imagine bringing energy up your spinal column to your third eye, and with each exhalation, imagine projecting this energy; color it white, blue, yellow, or whatever the most beautiful, light, good-feeling color you can imagine.

Pineal Gland Meditation - Practice Of Just Directing Intention

As you breathe in and as you breathe out, you are projecting this simple process going in and going out outward, and I want you to imagine you're projecting that energy as you focus on one simple thing: can I feel the energy in my third eye? And if you lose your focus, just bring it back to the other exercise. Can you feel the energy in your hand? Can I feel the life in my hand? Once you come back to the present moment, you feel it in your hand, and then on your next inhale, you bring it right back over to your third eye.

This is a practice of just directing intention by breathing in and breathing out. Take a deep breath, and as you inhale, see the energy move up your spinal column. As you exhale, notice the energy radiating from your third eye. If it helps, breathe in. We're going to take five breaths like that now, and then we're going to breathe in. for a count of five and exhale for a count of five, and as we're breathing in and out, we'll now see that energy move up the spinal column and see that life force energy projecting outward. Anytime you lose track, just come right back to "breathe in for five, exhale for five" and ask yourself, "Is there energy in my third eye?" Can I feel the energy projecting from my third eye?

Pineal Gland Meditation - Ask And You Shall Receive

Each time you do this more and more, you just see if you can allow the perfect images, pictures, or visions that you're meant to see in your third eye from the universe to manifest themselves. You simply set the intention right now that your higher self would provide you with the precise information, images, and visions that you were meant to see. As your third eye opens and crystallizes, the universe speaks to you, and they say, "Ask, and you shall receive," which is quite simply what we're doing, so we're going to count down now.

As I count down, we'll get ready to do a cycle of those five breaths: inhale for five, exhale for five, with energy moving up the spine and out the third eye. So we'll go five, four, three, and when we get to one, we'll do our first inhale, breathing in five, four, three, and two, and our first exhale, breathing in and breathing out, and then sit in that energy, breathing in and breathing out. Now, when you get to the bottom of your exhale, hold it just for a few seconds and feel all the energy. Maybe you're seeing colors.

The Realities Really Become Clear

Bring your attention and your awareness to the point between your eyebrows, letting go, breathing, letting go; maybe you don't feel like you have a body, but that's because you are a spiritual being using your physical thoughts. And if you see energy, if you see visions, if you see colors, the more you let go of trying to see them, the more they will appear as you breathe in and breathe out, letting go. It's just like grabbing sand.

When you let go of trying to see with your third eye, that's when the energy, the colors, and the visions come. The realities really become clear. I want you to imagine that as you see this energy, maybe bring your hand back up there and just tap it a little bit, and each time you tap it, I want you to imagine that you are just an energy field. See Yourself As A Pure Energy Field

It might be white, it might be gold, it might be blue, but each time you inhale and exhale, I want you to imagine that you're circling this energy just like a wave that's just circling, and as you breathe in, you're cycling this energy, and you may notice that it gets bluer and bluer. Just see yourself as a pure energy field, and for the next few moments, as you breathe in and out, just allow the music to take you deeper as you ask your higher self to really reveal the perfect colors, energies, information, and ideas in your visions on the screen of your third eye.

Now, as you breathe in and out, maybe wiggle your toes and your fingers a little bit. Maybe it makes you smile when you wiggle your toes and fingers a little bit. Maybe the energy is very clear now. You could feel it moving through every cell of your body, through every finger, and your body relaxed more with each smile. Now, as you breathe in and out just a couple more times, maybe rocking and moving your shoulders up and down as you come back into your body.

Pineal Gland Meditation - You're Just Allowing Yourself To Acclimate With It

Explore pineal gland meditation to gain financial freedom. Now, if you thank your higher self and the universe for allowing you to see what you're meant to see in order to open your third eye, crystallize your third eye, and this is a place you can go every day to just kind of deepen your connection there, So, as I count down from five, you could gradually begin to open and close your eyes as if you were flitting them a few times. Having light eyes here, you see a bunch of colors when you open your eyes; you know you see the physical world again, and you're just allowing yourself to acclimate to it. So I'll count down from five, four, three, two, and one. I am awake, peaceful, and alert. Perhaps rolling your shoulders up and down, closing your eyes again, turning your neck around, and feeling relaxed and energized would help.

Each time you smile, that's just what grounds the energy. And I want to thank you for joining us today. Take your time reacclimating right now. Maybe spend the next couple minutes taking some nice, deep breaths. I want to thank you for coming on. If you do this every day for the next few weeks, you're going to have some fantastic results, even if you don't have a lot of activity going on there.
