I happened upon your video and it totally turned my day around and eventually my life. I have made many changes of the last 3 or 4 years. I was in a horrible relationship and my job was so stressful my health was affected. Had it not been for your videos and such so don’t know that I would have made it out alive!! I had lost the person that I used to be and through your posts/videos etc I have gotten back to the loving warm and happy person I was when I was younger. I just wanna say that when I look at yr videos I feel good the words you speak give me so much insight to my life I feel and believe all of what you say I do admit I’m battling with my mind because I get alot of negative thoughts that pop out if no where depending on what going on for example if I’m watching a show a negative thought will pop in my head or if I go to the store a negative thought may appear I’m trying so hard to change my thought process I’m trying to promote positivity not just to myself but to my family and it’s working they are beginning to think more positively and be more grateful for everything they have. I feel that the negative thoughts come from fear but in time I will get over the fear and be the best I can be I will continue to watch your videos they help me alot I appreciate you jake Darcy thanks again
