Most people go to bed anxious. Instead of being present, they're thinking about all the things that they have to do tomorrow. They are thinking about everything that happened today. They're recapping the day's events. If there is some level of drama in their life, whether in the workplace or in their family, they spend that time thinking about it. There's imaginary conversations that go on in their head, telling somebody off, like telling the boss off or telling your spouse what you really think of what they did or their dad.

We're wasting the most powerful time ever. Your entire life is subconscious. Psychologists say 95 percent of your life is subconscious. Everything you attract into your life on a daily basis, your bank account, your circle of friends, your romance, all the situations and circumstances that happen to you, you're attracting it subconsciously based off the way that your subconscious has been programmed. Your conscious mind starts to dissipate and you're directly accessing the subconscious.

The conscious mind is the rational part of you. If I say the sky is red right now, your conscious mind says, nope, this guy isn't red. As you're going to sleep, your conscious mind is disappearing. You're directly accessing the subconscious. Most people spend all their time thinking about tomorrow, thinking about all the things that I mentioned earlier as you're going to sleep. That is the worst time for that to happen because it's directly accessing the subconscious in your programming with negativity, stress and drama.

You're programming the subconscious mind with those energy patterns and then they play themselves out. Sleep is the most powerful time in the entire world to reprogram your subconscious and the use the law of attraction effectively.

Think of sleep like a giant visualization incubator where you are really harnessing the power of the Universe. The subconscious mind is what connects you to the power of the universe. Most people are sending a negative impression to the creative power of the universe through their subconscious mind, before sleep, so before bed. Instead, start imagining yourself living into your best life ever. You literally, you close your eyes and you imagine yourself getting checks instead of bills. You imagine yourself paying off your debt and shaking that creditors hand and saying, thank you so much for constantly calling me and constantly nagging me because you know what? If finally made me get ahold of my financial life and now I finally paid off all my debt. I don't have any more financial stress anymore.

You have to start to imagining those things and send those images off to the subconscious mind. Oftentimes, most people can't sleep because they're worrying and thinking about bad things. Do not do that. You have to make a conscious effort to think about amazing things.
