Can you actually manifest while you sleep? I know it sounds crazy, but you can use what I'm about to share with you to bring more money into your life, to attract your soulmate, to get your dream house, to get your dream job. This is the easiest law of attraction sleep technique for attracting what you want. So if you want to learn how to manifest while you sleep, let me share with you exactly what I did to get amazing results. Let's dive right in!

The first thing that has to happen is you need to clear your mind. I'm making this video because it refreshed exactly what needs to occur for you to manifest the things that you want while you sleep. So the other day I got some news that I didn't want to hear.

I was tired and I had exercised worked that day. I just wanted to go to bed. I said, "I'll just deal with it tomorrow. Whatever." I just went to sleep and I woke up in the middle of the night dreaming about it and I said, I'm never doing that ever again". Because the truth is your brainwave states move into a state that is similar to hypnosis before you go to bed.

The fact is your conscious mind shuts off before you go to bed and while you're still awake, you move basically into a brainwave state of hypnosis where only your subconscious mind is open. So whatever your final emotions and thoughts that happen before the end of the day, you carry them with you if you don't clear your mind and those things marinate in your subconscious mind.

They can make you wake up with anxiety in the morning. They can help you attract more negative things you don't want or they can help you bring more money into your life that can help you be more confident. It can let you have a state of certainty that you're going to attract your soulmate or you're going to land that great sale or that money is going to come into your life.

Now, the way that you can do this is just with a simple breathing technique. I just like to breathe in for three or four seconds, then exhale and do a cycle of this until my mind is totally free. The way I know my mind is free is that I'm not about whether or not my mind is free. I feel so good because I can feel my nervous system relax.

The deep breathing is finally starting to relax my nervous system. And when that occurs, I've fully released the emotions in the energy of the day. So the very first step is to clear your mind of whatever is going on with the simple breathing process. I recommend breathing in for four seconds and exhaling for four seconds. It's a rhythm just like the waves go in and in and out at the shoreline. You can count it in your head to get your mind focused on something other than your thoughts.

In the same way that Vipassana meditation has you practice on focusing on the rising of your breath and the fall of your breath. And you say to yourself, rising, falling. So if you breathe in, you go, one, two, three, four, exhale, four, three, two, one. Step number one, clear your mind.

Step number two is to use the image making power of your own mind to literally lucid dream into the future that you want to create. Your mind works in images, especially your subconscious mind, so it's instantly automatically creating images all the time. Just like a movie is a collection of a bunch of frames that are moving very fast. This giant creation is based off of images. Similarly, the creation of your own consciousness. The movie that is your life is based off of still images that enter the subconscious mind.

Now, the important thing to know about manifesting while you sleep and reprogramming your subconscious is that everything is two things. What you want and the absence of what you want. You can want money, but before sleep, you can be playing situations and scenarios over in your head about how you over drafted yesterday or this thing that you've been working on that might not work out tomorrow and you're getting anticipation anxiety about what might occur. That is consciously wanting something and in this case it's money. But at the same time be subconsciously dwelling in the absence of it. You can do this for anything.

There's a difference between wanting something and having your subconscious receiving the reality of it rather than being programmed for further lack. Now, the way that you do this is by recognizing you don't get what you want. You get what you are. This is because what you are is programmed into your subconscious. So this takes the ability to first clear your mind as we discussed and second, use the image making power of your mind to start dwelling in the end and living in the end. What would happen if you already had what you wanted?

I might imagine a YouTube video going viral and getting waken up with 5,000 new comments or getting this awesome thing to happen. You might imagine sitting down at a coffee shop and the perfect date is happening and you two are laughing and you're having this deep connection. You're looking into their beautiful eyes and you're like, finally I met you. Maybe you see your dream home in front of you while you're signing the contract of sale with your realtor and shaking their hand with a huge smile on both your faces.

So you're living from the end, not wishing you get to the end. You're living from the end because everything is two things and when you live from the end rather than in anticipation of hopefully one day getting there,

you're telling your subconscious that it's already there. The subconscious doesn't know the difference between what's real and what's not real. Because you're moving into a brainwave state that is similar to hypnosis, your subconscious is more easily able to be programmed. So when you are dwelling in already having it, your subconscious says, yes, boss. Yes, master. Your wish is your command.
