I know many of you aren’t basketball fans necessarily, but I am... AND the story about this man right here, Andre Ingram, is CLASSIC.
He’s 32 years old and spent the last 10 years in the minor leagues for basketball making about $16,000 a year.
He’s been tutoring calculus students in high school just to make enough money to support his family so he can keep chasing his dreams of one day playing in the NBA.
Ten freaking years without ever be called-up into the pros, making 16 grand a year, and he stayed focused and kept working. This dude made his major league debut last night scoring 19 points.
Google “Andre Ingram” And read his inspirational story. Couldn’t stop crying watching this guy last night make his dreams a reality.
If you aren’t having any luck with your dreams yet, keep this guy in mind. 10 years he worked for very little pay and now he’s finally getting a shot.
Couldn’t be happier for him!
What an inspiration! Keep going Andre!
