Raise Your Vibration Instantly With These 5 Tricks


There's a lot of talk about fear. There's a lot of people just trying to feel good right now, trying to get their vibration and energy up. I want to share with you five weird hacks to raise your vibration instantly and raise your frequency very quickly.

The first hack is to stop watching the news and consuming the mass media. I realized there is a certain point at which it's information overload. It becomes useless and you fit into the agenda of the media, which is to get you to feel bad enough that you get addicted to that feeling which will wind you up watching their show again.

They have spent billions of dollars discovering that people are addicted to fear, anxiety, stress, and negativity. It's a psychological fact. And so everything's designed that way. That's why the clickbait on the internet is designed that way. They know it's for a fact. What if instead, you shut it off? You did a media detox where you stopped consuming the news or reading online articles, and then just watch what happens to your vibration. It's like, Oh my gosh, there's still is a lot of good things in the world.

What if you focused on uplifting your vibration? That would definitely help the planet and for us to create world peace. And it would certainly help raise your vibration.

Step number two is that I got off social media. I don't consider YouTube social media, but I have limited the amount of content that I'm consuming. I'm only consuming stuff that immediately makes me feel good. And I got off Instagram. I blocked my Facebook newsfeed. Then I stopped going on Twitter. Man, that made me feel good. All of a sudden, I had a lot of extra time. It's amazing how just spending an extra 30 minutes on the phone or on the computer, it really just starts to sap your vibration and energy. But don't forget about youtube!

Step number three is to meditate. It doesn't matter how or where you do it. Just find some place that is quiet and where you can get comfortable. From there, just close your eyes and breathe in and out. Do this for a few breaths and you'll feel a shift. Do this for 10 minutes and you'll feel a bigger shift. You get the picture. Just meditate.

Number four, find meaning. It's very hard to keep our energy up, our mood up, and our excitement about life up If we don't really even know why we're waking up in the morning. Every single person needs to find meaning and find purpose, whatever it might be.

It doesn't need to always be a grand thing like solving world hunger or solving world peace. It might just be to be an amazing uplifting person at your work every day. Be that one person where every other employee is so excited when you're there. They always notice when you aren't there because you make everybody feel good. Make everybody smile. My meaning is to uplift the consciousness of individuals through the internet. That's why I make these videos. "Instead of gosh, I've made 1500 videos, I really don't want to film today." That's me in the wrong mindset. I forgot about my purpose.

That's not going to uplift my energy. It's not going to get me inspired. So I've got to refocus. I've got to visualize people saying, Oh my gosh, this helped me. This uplifts me. I've got to think about the world right now and how many people are scared and afraid and confused. How many people are looking for something positive because everything is arguing now. And then I think I could be one of those people. I could be one of those people that lifts people up. I could be one of those people because I believe that if more people have meaning, we're going to see the world change. And that's why I make videos. That's why I recorded my free success hypnosis for people to use.

Ask yourself what is, what is my purpose I could focus on? And your purpose can change at different levels of life, but find one for right now and write it down on a piece of paper or make it your iPhone background. What is your mission? What is your purpose? You're going to be more productive. You're going to be kinder. You're going to have so much more energy and more importantly, that's going to inspire other people around you like a domino effect, baby. That's how we change the world.

Number five, practice sending love and light. The other day, I was hearing a story about someone and it was kind of sad. I knew this person and it saddened me they went thought this hard thing. And my initial reaction, I noticed I realized I didn't really feel good. And I was like, wow, it's kind of addicting to feel bad for somebody. And I thought about Wayne Dyer. He said, you can't feel bad enough to make somebody else feel better. You can't get sick enough to make other people healthy. You can't get poor enough to make other people abundant. You can't feel stressed enough to make somebody else feel peaceful. It's actually the opposite. You have to be peace. You have to radiate love. You have to show people that they can create wealth. You have to be peace to show other people that we can live in love, harmony and unity.

You have to drag people up with you instead of go down. And I was like, Oh wow, I'm noticing I'm doing this right now in this moment. I shifted it and I started sending love and light to them. I remember one of my old landlords back in the day, he used to always say this two phrases. The first phrase he would say is everything you need, nothing you can't handle. Everything. You need nothing you can't handle. And I started thinking about it. Well, this person, I could feel bad for them. Or I could realize they're a spiritual being in a physical body. They incarnated to learn certain spiritual lessons. And apparently this is a hard lesson that they chose to learn. And they chose to have this experience that will ultimately propel them to something greater and grander into a higher destiny in life.

They are strong enough and they'll figure it out. So everything they need, nothing they can't handle. This is exactly the experience that they need. And it's nothing that they can't handle. I ended up sending love and light to them through my heart energy. Next time someone says something that negatively triggers you, send them light and love. Don't make a fuss about it. Don't get riled up. Send light and love to yourself in moments where you are feeling frustrated, angry, or depressed. You'll be amazed at the power you channel.

Everything is light. Every single thing is made up of light photons. A bunch of light photons, flittering, and fleeting, and every which direction, moving at the speed of light projecting itself so that it appears to be a solid object. Scientists have shown us that everything is actually 99.99 % empty space. It sounds crazy, but it's true. It's a vibratory frequency. It's energy. It's a light that is moving at a speed that is greater than the visible light that your eyes are able to pick up.

  • Hi there, Jake, I am from Auckland, New Zealand and I am finding your videos even more inspiring to my personal life recently and I am using my imagination more again and I resonate with the article. I would like to share and add about some of the unconscious people, which in my experience what seems to make more of a difference or change in another is sometimes a reverse psychology method, as sometimes people like to feel that rebellion is just more of the cool action to take, though this only happens depending on what it is that is happening at the moment, there might be something to that I could still learn too, of course, what you mention is still true to me as well.
