The number one sign that what you want is coming is that you feel good! A clear sign that what you want is not on the way is that you feel bad. You feel upset that it's not there. You're saying things like, "I don't know whether it's coming. I'm working really hard, Jake. I've been doing everything. I've been doing, techniques, I've been working hard. I've been doing this and I don't feel good. I'm struggling."
That's a sign that it's not on the way. What's the difference between good and God? There's zero difference. Technically there's one more "o". But that's not the point. When you feel good, you feel God. You're one with God when you feel good. So the irony is when you feel good, you're connected to the universe, and when you're connected to the universe, the flow of life is on your side.
The wellbeing of the universe is on your side. The right opportunities come. Doors open where there seemingly wasn't even a door. Good opportunities come out of nowhere. Why? You're connected to God and you're aware of feeling good. Wayne Dyer says, you don't get what you want. You get what you are.
People want money, but they feel broke. They want money. But they feel not smart enough. They want love, but they don't feel good. They want to be successful at something, but they feel bad. They want to be happy, but they feel the opposite and we get so focused on the wants that we miss the "I AM's", we miss the consciousness. We miss the state of being.
What's the point of a nice house or a nice car or a nice job if you don't feel good? You say, I think my house should be a little bigger. Maybe if my car was a little nicer, Maybe if I had a more attractive partner, maybe if I had a nicer one. Maybe if I had this, maybe if I had that... We get in a pursuit, where we are moving further and further and further away from a state of oneness with God.
Force yourself to smile ear to ear right now and hold it for 10 seconds. Instantly you feel better. And when you feel good, you feel God. And when you feel God, you're connected to the universe. When you feel that, you become a magnet. Why do you become a magnet? Because you don't get what you want, you get what you are. And who you are is your emotional state. That's your energy. That's your vibration.
the best practice is how can I feel good today? And it starts with stillness. It starts with taking a few breaths. It starts with making happiness the number one priority. And when that starts to happen, that's when life shifts. That's when what you want comes. That's when your manifestation comes because you're vibrating at the frequency of joy, success and God. You pull in things of that same energy. All the abundance you desire doesn't live in sadness and wishing. The Abundance lives in abundant energy like love, peace, and joy. When you realize this, life becomes effortless. That's effortless manifestation.
I know there are hard times in life, for sure. There are difficult people. But guess what? I'm still grateful I'm alive. I'm very grateful to be here. I'm very grateful that I can feel my body right now. I'm very grateful that there is life in my hands. I'm very, very, very thankful. I could go on forever about the things that I'm thankful for. Doesn't that make you smile? And it's like, yes, life is good. Life is beautiful.
take a breath and let it go. Breathe in and breathe out. Do you feel how much different you feel in the start of this blog? That's the work. That's the journey. This is the manifestation principle. It's the number one absolute, the most powerful end all be all. When I feel good, life unfolds beautifully.
Life is beautiful. There are things that are worth living for. You are stronger than you think. You are smarter than you think. You are loved more than you know. There are amazing things in store for you, but you've got to feel good first in this moment. Go smile for 10- 20 second now and shift into a state of goodness and god.
