What is the secret law of attraction? How do you use it?
In this blog, I'm going to share with you the simple and easiest ways to use the law of attraction and use the secret in order to manifest and create what it is that you truly want and desire out of your life.
I am so passionate about this because it changed my entire life. It helped me attract my soulmate. It helped me attract more money, my dream career, more happiness, and I'm so excited to share with you what and how you can use it to change your entire life and get everything that you want.
At the start of The Secret movie, Bob Proctor quotes Wernher von Braun, who was considered the father of the space program. I'm paraphrasing here but his quote was "The natural laws of the universe are so precise that we don't have any difficulty building a spaceship, sending people to the moon and we can time the landing with the precision of a fraction of a second."
He goes on to say that these laws must have been set by some type of conscious intelligence. We have many laws in this universe. One of them is the law of attraction, which in its simplest form is telling you that like energy attracts like energy. Everything is energy.
The wall is energy, my body is energy. Your thoughts are energy, and anything that you want - money, love, happiness, career - it's energy as well. The law of attraction says that like energy attracts like energy.
The way that you send your energy off is with your thought energy and your emotions. If you can harness them, you can attract anything that you want. When I first heard of this stuff, I thought "Is this stuff real? Is this stuff not real? Does this really work? Does this not really work?"
I decided to put this as an experiment and put this to the test in my own life and maybe you can relate to that. I'm telling you from the bottom of my heart, if you read this blog all the way through, it will change your entire life.
What I'm inviting you to do is just suspend your disbelief. Suspend your disbelief about what's truly possible in your life. You go into a movie and you suspend your disbelief, and that's what allows you to get emotionally involved in the movie.
You don't sit down and say "No, no, no, no, no, no. That's Brad Pitt. No, no, no, no, no. This is so fake. This is fake. This is fake." Whatever character Brad Pitt is playing, you suspend your disbelief, which allows you to get emotionally involved in the story line, in the scenes that are happening in the movie. That's what makes it powerful and that's what I'm inviting you to do here.
The way that you use the law of attraction is through your thoughts and your emotions. Every time you have a thought, "I'm so grateful. Money flows into my life", it proceeds with an emotion. What is emotion? E-motion. Energy in motion. Who is energy in motion? You're energy in motion.

The way that you signal that energy is with a thought. I could say "I am so grateful that God's wealth flows to me in avalanches of abundance." Or I could say "The economy sucks. I don't have the right education. You're way too positive and you don't understand that I'm financially screwed."
I could say either of those things. Both of them are going to create an energy and they're going to create an emotion. What I am and what you are is pure energy. When you have certain habitual thoughts and perceptions of reality and images that you hold in your mind - images of prosperity or images of failure, images of love or images that "I'm never going to find my soulmate. There's no good guys left. I cannot find the ideal woman. There's no such thing as true love."
You're always influencing your energy filled with that energy. Think about that. It doesn't matter whether something is even true or not true. It's going to control your nervous system, your thought patterns and your subconscious mind. That's going to dictate what you attract into your life and what you create for yourself in your life. Some people tend to think that thoughts, "Oh, I can't see a thought, so it must not be real."
You can't see electricity; you just see the effects of it when you flip your switch and the lights go on, but you understand the natural process of electricity that you use to light your home. What is it? Walk over to the wall, flip the switch right over there and then the electricity goes on.
You know what to do to make electricity work, you flip the switch. Here's what you do to make the law of attraction work. You flip the metaphorical switch and you get in harmony with what you want because everything is really two things; the presence of what you want or the absence of what you want.

You can focus on having more abundance in your life, or you can focus on the fact that you don't have any. Either way, what you're doing at all times is you're creating that energy in your body and the law of attraction says that everything is energy and you're basically like a planet. A planet, the Earth, pulls the moon in its orbit.
You don't pull moons in your orbit, right? You're not a little cosmic rock in the middle of the Milky Way, but what you do is you pull circumstances and situations that match your energy into your orbit.
Have you ever had a bad day, and then the day constantly got worse and you noticed more things that were bad? Then other days you wake up and you're like "I feel alive today" and you just feel really good, and a lot of good things happen for you all day?
What is that? It's that your energy is in harmony at a certain vibration and you pull similar things into your experience. The key thing is to use the secret to use the law of attraction. It's all about managing and creating your own energy by cultivating it in your own thoughts. Unfortunately though, most people live in reactionary consciousness.
What's that? "Oh my God, I'm broke. Look at my bank account. My last relationships haven't worked out. I believe there's no such thing as true love. Look, I mean, look, nothing's working. I mean, I've been at the same job. It never works. There's no way they're going to say yes to me if I ask them out."
It's using the information that your physical senses give you to determine what's possible. Reactionary consciousness is when you allow the outside world to control your thoughts. If you allow the outside world to control your thoughts and how you feel, you can never create greater than your current life situations and circumstances. People say "Well, nothing's changing in my life."
Everything's changing. You're just creating the same things over and over and over again because you're allowing the information from the outside to control your thoughts, which controls your emotions, which controls your energy field, which impacts your subconscious mind, and you create the same stuff over and over and over again.
You have to think a greater than your environment. You have to feel greater than your environment. For me, I was 19 years old and I dropped out of college and I decided this is what I wanted to do with my life. I was going to become an author. I was going to start doing speaking and workshops.
if I would've lived in reactionary consciousness, I would have looked at all the physical evidence of my life and it would have said "You're a college dropout. You failed junior English class in high school. You only got into college because you were a first team all San Diego basketball player. You're not that smart."
"You've never been that smart. You've cheated to pass all your classes. You don't even know how to write a four page essay, let alone a book. Look at all of these people that are successful in your industry. They're 40 years older than you. You're way too young. You don't even know how to speak." I would've just built this laundry list of reasons why it wouldn't work out based off of the information that I saw with my physical, tangible reality.
Guess what? Today, I'm so grateful and so blessed to say that my YouTube channel gets millions of views every single month. I published with the number one English publisher in the entire world, Penguin Random House. I have an international business center that inspires millions of people all over the world. The people that I used to look up to like Bob Proctor from The Secret movie, I can call him anytime that I want.
These things shifted because I didn't let the outside world control my thinking and emotion. I went within myself and I created my own thought patterns and cultivated my own energy.
I shifted my point of attraction and the law of attraction Is a law, so I had to pull circumstances and situations that match that. Inside my own mind, I tell myself every day 'I'm a world renowned thought leader, inspiring millions of people worldwide."
I would visualize it. I'd step into the experience, I'd feel the sensations of it in my body. I'd feel it. If you do that every day, you send a message to your subconscious mind and your subconscious picks that energy up. It starts creating it because your subconscious mind and your brain doesn't know the difference between what's real and what's not real. It just picks up the energy. You could tell your subconscious for your whole life that you're unlovable, and eventually it's going to produce those circumstances and situations that match that.
You could tell your subconscious your whole life that you're not smart enough to make more money. You don't have the right resources or you're not qualified enough, and by all means, that's going to be your reality.
It's not true, but you've made it true because you've impressed upon the subconscious mind long enough, and then the subconscious goes about creating that reality for yourself. In fact, at one of my seminars, there was a woman who was at one of the breaks in my seminars comes out and I'm talking about this information right now.
She comes up to me and she's basically in tears and she's like "Oh my God." She's maybe like fifties or something. She says "I cannot believe it. I've been failing to attract a relationship for years. I've wanted one. They've never worked out. It's just like nothing's worked out and it hit me like a ton of bricks."
I was telling her that the way that the subconscious is impacted is through emotions. When she was younger, she remembered a specific experience there at my seminar. When she was about five, six, seven years old, her parents were like in some crazy arguments and they got divorced. In that moment, she said to herself "Love is pain. I do not want a relationship. This sucks. This is awful. Look at what's happening."
She had sent a message to her subconscious mind that love was pain and that she didn't want that. She didn't want a relationship if this was what a relationship was. Her subconscious was protecting her throughout her whole life from relationships to keep her away from that pain.
As she got older, she consciously desired a relationship but your conscious mind doesn't control the law of attraction. Your subconscious does. Whatever is impressed upon your subconscious controls 95% of your life.
She consciously was like "I want a relationship. I want a relationship. I'm trying to find dates." for years and years and years. This lady was in her fifties now. She couldn't attract one because subconsciously, she had programmed it to not have one because her definition of love was it that it was pain. She had decided that she didn't want to be in one.
It was controlling her whole life. She finally realized why and it changed her life forever. We have subconscious programmings. All of us do. You might've watched your parents get divorced over finances, so now you think that money is bad.
You might have been told all your life that you're ugly or you're stupid, or you're not smart enough, or you looked at your report cards all the time and they weren't very good, or you've been told forever that if you don't go to the best schools, then you're not going to be successful so now you don't think you're qualified enough. You may believe you're too old, you're too young. All of these are impacting the subconscious.
What I'm inviting you to do right now is to take conscious control of your mind and start affirming what it is that you want.

Now I'm going to share with you a few ways to start to harness the power of the law of attraction so that you can transform your life. The number one that I'm inviting you to do is visualization. Your mind works in images.
When I say "Think of your mother, think of your father, think of your home, think of your car." You actually see those things in your mind, right? I just got a new truck for Maui to throw all of our surfboards in and all of our sandy stuff in and be able to go on all of the back roads.
I just got that yesterday and its a metallic gray Tacoma. If you say "Think of your truck" to me, I see it. I don't spell it out. Your mind works almost instantaneously in images and those images are what control your life. You have a self image. That's who you think you are. It's your evaluation of yourself and what you believe is possible for yourself.
You have an image of everything, of what's possible with your bank account. There's two ways to reprogram the subconscious; constant space repetition, which is "I'm so grateful, money is coming to me, I'm so grateful I'm attracting love" and saying the same thing over and over. That's constant - like repetitive - spaced repetition, doing it over and over and over and over.
The second is emotional impact. That strong emotion that sends a signal to the subconscious that something is important or valuable. We're going to use both of them in visualization here, which is what I'm going to share with you.
Here's the way that I'm inviting you to do it. If what you want had come true, whatever it is that you want, and you may want a lot of things, cool, let's start somewhere. It may be something with career, with money, with love, with happiness, with health. It could be anything. Think of what would happen had you achieved that thing.
I'll give you an example. When I would tell myself all the time that I'm inspiring millions of people and there was no physical evidence of that but what I would do is I would close my eyes, go into visualization and I would imagine a quick end result - only a couple seconds so my mind would stay fixated on one thing.
I was getting all these messages and emails of people's lives being changed "Jake, thank you so much. This helped me, this helped me. I love this. I love this." I would focus on a couple second rerun of a bunch of messages and I would rewind that over and over in my mind. It was just a quick little snippet over and over and over and over again.
If you do too much visualization in all different areas, it doesn't allow the images to influence the subconscious. You don't build a strong emotional connection and you have a higher probability of your mind getting distracted and focusing on the wrong thing. It's like an anchor that allows you to stay focused on one thing.
You could do it with finances and you and your wife or you and your friend or you and your boss are jumping up and down or someone's congratulating you. You could do it with love and imagine you walking on the beach with your soulmate. You could do it with your dream home and the real estate agent is shaking your hands and handing you the keys to your new home. You can do it with anything, but you take a little in a one to five second snippet of what would happen in.
What you do is you close your eyes, you see that end result and you replay it over and over and over and over and over and over. You replay it for five minutes, 10 minutes. Every time, you try to get more and more emotionally involved with it. "Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. I can't believe this is happening. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. I can't believe this is happening."

Use that in your head while you're doing it to start sparking the emotion. Every time you have an emotional reaction or a thought pattern, you fire new brain cells. When you replay the same image like that with an emotional charge, you fire the same brain cells over and over again. In neuroscience, it's called Hebb's Law and it says that brain cells, nerve cells that fire together, they begin to wire together.
When you're doing the same thing every day, they start to wire together. I wired my brain to the reality of inspiring millions of people before I had that reality. Once my brain was wired to that, then it produced the tangible results in my life. With visualization like this, you rewire your brain and then that's what allows the law of attraction to start working in your life.
Pick one or two little images and results, replay them and you get emotionally involved so it sends a signal to the subconscious mind.
Number two, use hypnosis and affirmations. I created a successive hypnosis. It changed my life. Over a quarter million people from all over the world have used it.
You can download it and use it for free. What it'll do is it'll suggest success and abundance affirmations to you through a subconscious process that's designed to rewire your beliefs and thought patterns to make it easy to attract success because it's going right to your subconscious.
Psychologists say that 95% of our life is subconscious, so if you can rewire your subconscious, you can change your life. I created this when I was struggling. My wife was in debt because I couldn't pay for anything. Nothing was working out for me. People were saying "Maybe you should just quit. Good try. Go do something else."
I created this for myself and I started using it.
In 12 months, my life changed so drastically with this.
If you haven't already,
What I invite you to do is use that. Play it, and while you're playing it, write your affirmations down on a piece of paper. Whatever you're working on creating, put them in the present tense. I am. The reason you put them in the present tense is because your subconscious and your brain, it doesn't know the difference between what's real and what's not real.
When you put it in the present tense, you can evoke the emotion, which will change your vibration and your energy field, your consciousness. Then that allows The Secret, that allows the law of attraction to start working for you in your life. Play the hypnosis, and then write your affirmations out. "I'm so grateful now that this is happening. I'm so grateful now that I have this. I'm so grateful that I am this."
Write them out for five minutes and notice how much better you feel afterwards. That's the key. Does it make you feel more energized? That's what we need.
Pull out a clean sheet of paper and write out "I am so grateful now that.. " Do it just for five minutes. Try it for five quick minutes and see what happens to your energy field. As that occurs, you start to reprogram the subconscious.
Number three, clearly define on a piece of paper what it is that you want. Just pull out a piece of paper and write out what it is that you want and then read it every single day. Your subconscious needs a target. The only way that an air conditioner is valuable is if you set the air conditioner. An air conditioner is not valuable unless you've set it.
If it's 104 degrees where you live, your air conditioner is totally meaningless and useless unless you set it for 68 degrees. It just sits there and does nothing until you set it. Even if you leave doors open, then it will pump out 48 degree air or something to combat the warm air coming into your home. It needs a target. Your subconscious and your brain need a target.
Write clearly what it is that you want. All of it - your health goals, your spiritual goals, your finances. Whatever it is that you want, write it down and then put it up on your wall, your refrigerator, someplace you can read it every day and read it once a day to impact your subconscious and you're going to be amazed at what starts to happen in your life.
New things are going to start showing up, new circumstances. Why? Because you planted the seed in your subconscious. When you plant a seed out in the yard and you start watering, what happens? Eventually it starts to sprout and over time it starts to grow.
The same way as you're putting a seed into the soil and you're watering it by reading it every day and then like new circumstances show up. New resources show up. New people show up and people say "Wow, you're lucky. Wow, that was amazing."
You say "No. It's called the law of attraction. It's an actual natural universal law, and I've implanted my subconscious with a new idea." Write what it is that you want. Read it every day.
Last but not least, take one actionable step every single day closer to your desires, dreams, goals. Do something that might scare you. Maybe you want to attract a soulmate or a relationship and you see someone you find attractive at the grocery store. Go over and talk to him, man. Who cares if they say no.
You might be like "Well, I'm a girl. I don't want to talk to guys. They're supposed to talk to me." Who cares? Go talk to him. Put yourself out there. Do one thing every single day, whatever it is. Make one new song every day. Make one new sales call every day.
Go on a one mile run or start at a quarter mile and work your way up to a mile. Do one thing every day to set the energy in motion. Albert Einstein said that nothing happens until something moves. Nothing happens until something moves. Until your energy field moves, then the universe will meet you halfway. But first your energy field has to move.
