DMT Breathing Exercise To Release DMT!!!

Aloha my friends! Welcome! It seems as though many people aren't aware of the very thing that can allow us to actually vividly see and feel our dreams and desires in our mental image. DMT Breathing! When I applied this, I absolutely leveled up my frequency and I want the same for you! 

In this blog, I'm going to share with you a breathing technique to release DMT and raise your vibration instantly. I like to do this before I visualize because it increases the ability that I have to visualize and see things clearly. So DMT is the apparent spirit molecule that helps us dream and it releases from our brain right before we pass away and die. The reason that I like this breathing technique that I'm about to share with you is because it allows me activate.

I hear a lot of people say they can't visualize very clearly. So I do this before I visualize and it helps me really step into a lucid place where I can visualize clearly, which in turn increases my energy and my vibration. It purifies my consciousness and allows me to attract those things into my life quicker now that I visualize so clearly. Let me explain.

I feel more connected to the images in my brain because i can feel them as if they're real. I'm producing more emotions and then my brain starts responding to that. So it helps speed up the process of attracting what I want. So what I do is a very simple breathing technique.

first I like to just get my mind and my attention focused. I put my hands here and the reason that I do that is because I try, when my eyes are closed to

 centralize my focus At this point right above and between my eyebrows. I found that when I do that with my eyes closed and I put all my focus there, it's almost like a flashlight projecting consciousness into one place.

And I found that it becomes easier and easier for me to visualize and for me to just have an overwhelming sense of positive energy. For those of you who are new to this, you're probably thinking, what in the world? But as the awesome songwriter Ben Harper wrote, "Before you knock it, try it first. And You'll see it's a blessing and not a curse."

So before we begin, what I invite you to do if you can, is simply just close your eyes for a moment and put your hand and bring your attention to the point in between your eyebrows. See if you can visualize a big white light all around you. A big gold light all around you. Now with each inhale, visualize that light getting bigger and bigger and bigger and bigger.

So the breathing technique that we're going to use is a simple three count in and then a four count out. The exhale out is going to be harder. It's going to be a more forceful exhale than the inhale and the whole time my eyes are closed. Keeping my attention fixated right at that point.

I do this for just a couple of minutes before I move to a normal greeting rhythm and I visualize and this allows me to really step into that visualizations and people say, oh, that's activating your third eye, or whatever it is.

I like to do this too, to rest and restore my nervous system and really get that, that release of, of DMT, that ability to see, to visualize clearly pumping. 

So it would look something like this. I'll do this for a moment with my hand just to break. It's a, it's a tool to bring my attention folks focused here. So I'll breathe in one, two, three.

Then I'll exhale forcefully until I feel my abdomen really engaged. This is crucial with DMT breathing. One of the problems in our society is that we don't know how to breathe. So we trap a lot of carbon dioxide and a lot of old, stagnant energy and oxygen in our body. If you notice the times when you're stressed, normally one of the most common traits of being stressed or angry or frustrated is a lack of breath.

So this is forcing you to focus on deepening your inhale and exhale. And when you're really engaging your abs on that exhale, it's forcing out all the old energy. As you force out old energy, It's almost like a helium balloon that slowly can start to lift off. And this is what starts to increase your energy very quickly. So you'll see quickened desirable results from there.

The other good thing about breathing techniques that involve a lot of focus like this is it allows you to step out of your mind. Often the problem with visual, the problem with meditation and visualization is that our mind starts to wander.

Just like during intense experience, you become intensely present. You don't have time or space to think about your day or what your ex said. Now the same thing happens with this breathing. As you get more and more comfortable with this breathing exercise, listen to your body. If you want to inhale and exhale for longer amounts of time, by all means do it!

When you're coming back to your normal breathing, what I invite you to do is to visualize yourself in your intended reality. It might be in your dream home, your dream job, living in your Dream City with your soulmate walking on the beach...what ever it is. Bring it in focus in your imagination.

So go ahead and give this a try. know that at any moment you can raise your energy using this technique. I invite you to do it for a quick 10 repetitions. Only 10 breaths before you visualize. You can do this in the office for a few seconds or when you're parked in your car before you walk into the grocery store. If you're feeling a little bit stressed, it's a great thing that will really amplify your spiritual body and your spiritual energy.
