We got a world where most people are collapsing negativity on us, constantly. Other people's ideas have been instilled in your mind that make you think "Oh, I'm not good enough. I can't attract the money, the love, the happiness. My life's probably not going to change very much more. I don't see it possible."
The only reason that it's not possible is because your looking outside of yourself for that greatness. I always wanted to do what I'm doing. I used to think that I was going to do more speaking. I got this booking setup with the number one speaking bureau in the world. They had presidents on their staff, former presidents on their staff. They had business tycoons.
I didn't even believe it was actually happening when I got a meeting with their whole team and they wanted to represent me to go give keynote speeches and go do the whole thing. The biggest speaking bureau in the world was going to be representing me. I had like dollar signs in my eyes. I couldn't hardly believe it, so I flew across the country to Washington DC for it and it was amazing.
My life was about to change, and then I got an email the next day that said they weren't going to represent me. It took me a while to find out why. They decided not to represent me because they didn't think that I looked professional enough. I came in a suit. I came in a tie.
They said I didn't look the part enough. I didn't look quite politically correct, so they we're no longer going to represent you. "Good luck" is basically what they told me.
I was trying to be like every other motivational speaker. I thought I should look like them, so I was wearing suits. I thought I should talk like them, so I talked like them. I was told that I needed to do this, this, and this. If I wanted to be successful, I had to be like them. I spent all my time with my energy focused on how to be like other people.
I forgot that I had greatness inside of me and spent six years struggling. My wife was in debt. My girlfriend at the time was in debt because I couldn't pay for anything. Nothing was working out for me. Yet. I looked successful. I talked like it. I tried to do everything everyone else was doing. Why wasn't it working? Because I was operating from lack because I was trying to extrapolate somebody else's greatness. I was trying to be like them. I was trying to follow them.
They said, "This is how you'll be successful. This is what you got to do." I didn't connect to the God self within me. I'm inviting you to go inwards this year and say "I have greatness within me. I attract greatness."
Comment that down below. "I have greatness within me. I attract greatness." When that thing happened and I got rejected, what ended up happening is I went inward and I said "I don't want to do that. Okay, what do I want?"
I said "I want to make YouTube videos. I want to be myself. This is who I want to be." I started pretending that I was sitting down with you in my house, and you and I were talking about these ideas together.
I didn't try to look like other people that were successful. I quit talking like other people were successful and I didn't even know if YouTube was going to work out.
I decided it sounded fun to me to make videos online and to hopefully reach people from hundreds of countries. I liked the idea of making online courses, and anyone in the world from any country, state, anything. We could all be this community together online.
I didn't need to worry about a speaking agent liking me, or this company booking me or this college thinking "Well, he doesn't have a degree. Therefore, I don't think he'll be good to speak."
I started focusing on my vision, not other people's vision of who I should be, and my life changed. In about 18, 24 months, this channel got about 30 million views. It has about 360,000 YouTube subscribers and I made more money in the last 12 months than I did in the first six years of my career combined. More than any of that, I found what I wanted and so I wake up excited for that. I said "I have greatness within me and I attract greatness."
You have greatness within you. You're an individualization of God. You're made in the image of the perfection of the universe. Your dreams are possible. You're worthy of them. You've got to say yourself, right now: "I deserve better."

You deserve for you to say "I'm going to follow my dream. I'm going to listen to my vision. Their opinions and their ideas are going to be second now to what my heart is telling me. I have to trust myself now. I have genius within me. I have gifts, talents, dormant forces within me because I'm an individualization of God.
Greatness is within me. I will find the skills. I'll find the talents. I'll find the resources. They will come. I know it, but first I'm going to show up for my dream life, myself. I'm going to say "What do I want?" I'm going to spend my energy creating that life for myself.
