Do This Five Minutes Before You Sleep

Do this five minutes before you sleep and you will be absolutely amazed at what you attract into your life. This just takes a couple of minutes. You do it before you sleep and guess what? You're going to turn sleep into your best friend because you're going to start to attract more synchronicities, love, money, happiness, whatever you want in your life. Let's dive in!

Step number one is to meditate for five to ten minutes on the flow of abundance. Now this is the true nature of the universe. It is abundance and you are a part of this universe. It is made up of God energy and you're a part of it. Now, this is such an abundant universe and the natural flow of life is such abundance that the universe is always expanding.

Stars are always being born. Galaxies are always expanding. The sun is always coming up. This universe is infinite by nature. It's our ego that starts to get attached to duality and in duality, the ego starts to believe all of its own thoughts. Many of them are limiting. It starts to believe in limitations. You think God believes in limitations?

You think the universe believes in limitations? Do you think spirit and universal energy and infinite consciousness believes in limitations? Absolutely not. So the first thing is to spend five to 10 minutes meditating on abundance. Just practice feeling what it would feel like to have overflowing abundance in all areas of your life or specific to the area you're working on, cultivating more of.

Whether it's money, love, happiness, whatever it might be, practice feeling overflows of abundance. You can say this simple phrase while you're doing it, "thank you for blessing me with incredible abundance". During this meditation, i highly suggest you use my free success hypnosis as well.

A lot of times people try to do meditation, but their subconscious programming starts to replay the same limiting patterns and we're unaware it's happening. We try to meditate on divine abundance, but we don't realize our subconscious controls 95% of our life and it's been programmed by society to believe in duality and to be attached to the ego.

The second step before bed is to take a couple of minutes and write out three things that you are grateful for. What this is going to do is put your mind into into a state of receptivity. The universe loves empty cups. When you have an empty cup that isn't overflowing and closed off with old limiting beliefs, the universe can actually start to show you how amazing it is.

The universe can actually start to show you how easy the flow of life can be for more abundance, for more success, for more freedom, and whatever it is that you want to cultivate more of in your life. The simplest way to get in harmony with this universal energy is through gratitude.

You can just pull out a pen and pad and write these three things down. Next, once you're in bed and you are in your sheets, announce through prayer your appreciation that what you want has already materialized in your life. You don't do this through words. You do this through feeling and consciousness. You can use the words as a prompt to get you into the feeling, but it's not words alone.

If you are in the consciousness of expressing gratitude that what you want has already come, you attract more of that energy versus the opposite. So when you're in your bed, just as you're falling asleep with your eyes closed, you can practice saying thank you, thank you, thank you and feeling as if that great thing has showed up in your life.

This is so important because this is what you start to sink into your subconscious mind and then it marinates for the next five to eight hours, five to nine hours while you are asleep. Say your prayers as if they have already materialized.

Step number four is wake up and say thank you. Wake up and pretend as if you're thanking the universe that the sleep technique worked and you're waking up to these new great things in your life. Whether it's the money, the job, the love, the happiness, the freedom, or whatever it is you're wanting to cultivate. Wake up and get excited about how thankful you are. Feel yourself shift into a state of joy for these things and don't move on until you do.

This is the most powerful way to attract what you want. All of this only takes a couple minutes before you go to sleep and moments upon waking. Watch all the magic that unfolds in your life.
